WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Supervisor of Human Rights Program in UNRWA Schools in Gaza since 2002.

Main Duties:
- Set the strategies and plans due to the policies of the UNRWA.
- Manage the Program activities and responsible about reporting to Head of Education Department.
- Manage variety of HR activities including training for teachers, supervisors, and students, and symposiums for local communities.
- Follow up the Program activities by making follow up & Monitoring, control, evaluation, and consultancy for the Schools' Teachers and Head teachers.
- Responsible for required reporting to UNRWA Headquarter in Jordan.

• Teacher in UNRWA Schools in Gaza since 1990 – 2002.

Curriculum Designer:

- Prepare a Human Rights book about the International Documents in Human Rights.
- Authoring of a poet book in several social subjects.
- Analyzing human rights, conflict resolution, and tolerance Concepts in the UNRWA text books-Arabic subject and designing activities for Both teachers and students that enhancing these concepts again for the classes 5th, 6th - 7th- 8th and 9th in Gaza-West bank schools (Project shared between UNRWA & Palestinian Center for Helping Resolve Community Disputes) – (Gaza, July 1, 2000 – June 30, 2001).
- Analyzing human rights, conflict resolution, and tolerance Concepts in the UNRWA text books-Arabic, Religion, and Social subjects and designing activities for Both teachers and students that enhancing these concepts again for the classes 7th and 9th in Gaza schools (within UNRWA Program) Gaza, Oct. 2003 – Feb. 2004.
- Design several training material in democracy and human rights subjects .
- Design need assessment questionnaire for head teachers in human rights needs .

- Attended a training course for one year in Development Management Skills that was conducted by UNRWA 2005- 2006 .
- Attended a training course for 3 weeks in International Visitor Leadership Program about Foreign Policy and Human Rights Issues in ( USA ) Jun 2006.
